Recently it seems there has been a lot in the news about hibiscus tea benefits. While this tea does have some great potential benefits, many studies need more research to be fully validated. Below is one of the great potential benefits of regular consumption of hibiscus tea.
First and foremost, hibiscus tea is probably most highly touted for its positive effect on blood pressure. There have been trials performed that have actually shown this to be true. It looks like, however, that the benefit may come to those with only mild hypertension while those with more severe hypertension are probably best sticking to their medications. Hopefully in the future it may be discovered that mild hypertension can be treated with only tea. Wouldn’t that nice to be able to treat it with an inexpensive remedy such as tea.
